(ER&M) has immediate openings for foremen and general laborers to perform work related to tidal/nontidal wetland creation, reforestation, stream restoration, bioengineering, and commercial landscaping. The work would include the installation of a variety of plant materials and the implementation of various bioengineering techniques.

Ecological Restoration and Management, Inc. (ER&M) in Timonium, MD is currently seeking candidates for the following positions: 

Commercial Estimator/Sales Person

Candidate must be have at least 3 years experience in estimating and selling of commercial landscape projects in the Baltimore/Washington area.  Candidate must be self motivated and have a proven track record. 

Ecological Restoration Estimator/Sales Person

Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience in estimating and selling of ecologically based (wetland,stream, reforestation, coastal dune) construction projects.  Ideal candidate will have established relationships with potential clients (developers, engineers, contractors) and a strong knowledge of where to search for additional opportunities. Outgoing personality with a proven track record a plus.
